Not at all. Easy Tidings is built entirely around platonic friendship and genuine human connection. There's no romantic component to the service.

We have created a pool of Professional Friends that are trustworthy, safe and vetted for your needs. You can browse these Professional Friends or select with criteria such as availability, interests, language or contact method. Still not sure? When you sign up, leave your choice blank, and we will contact you for a short discussion to determine who is best for you.

Companions are available by appointment. You set the schedule together — whatever time works best for you each week.

The way a good friend might — they'll listen and occasionally offer a perspective. But they're not advisors or therapists, and they won't overstep into personal decisions. The relationship is built on listening, not guiding.

Yes. What you share with your companion stays within Easy Tidings. We don't share your personally identifiable information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. Your conversations are private — they don't get back to family or friends.

Very little to get started. The more you share, the better the conversation — but you're always in control of what you reveal and when. Even something like a birthday is optional; you can give as much or as little as you're comfortable with.

We use encryption for data in transit and at rest, store data on secure servers with limited access, and regularly review our security procedures. We process payments through Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards and Link. Billing is straightforward and easy to manage from your account.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. We're not in the business of trapping people.

We're unable to refund purchases once processed, but if you believe a charge was made in error, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

A customer is the person who sets up and pays for the account. A client is the person receiving the companionship. They can be the same person, or a customer can set up service for someone else — a parent, a partner, a friend.
